How it works

We provide various filters on our web site to help you narrow down your search for suitable accommodation. You can select by area, type of accommodation, cost or amenities. These will filter the list of properties to those that meet your criteria.

You can then review the detailed descriptions of each property and when you are satisfied with your selection, make a booking for that property.

A named local agent is associated with each property who you may contact for help and advice.

Most properties can provide immediate, online confirmation in which case you will be requested for credit card information to secure the reservation. You will receive an immediate automatic confirmation message.

For properties that do not provide immediate online booking, the owner will be informed and you will receive an offer within a few hours. If the owner confirms availability you will be requested to provide credit card information to secure your reservation. You will be sent a link to a secure page where you can provide this information following which you will be send an immediate confirmation message.

The confirmation message will also explain the arrangements for checking into your chosen property.

Should you have any questions prior to or after your arrival, you can contact your assigned HomeinRome team member by email or telephone (during Rome working hours).

Ten days prior to your arrival we will send you an email to reconfirm that all is in order with your booking and the arrangements for your check-in.

You credit card will be charged the full amount of your stay on the date of your check-in.
